IWitness to be Exhibited at NYC School Library System Fall Conference

Librarians from New York City schools will have the opportunity to learn about IWitness at their 2017 annual fall conference on November 14.

The theme of this year’s conference, hosted by the New York City Department of Education’s Office of Library Services, is “School Libraries Equal Equity.” It will take place at Citi Field in Queens, New York

IWitness will be one of dozens of educational products and services that will be exhibited at the conference. Conference attendees will be able to learn about IWitness and its features, speak to a USC Shah Foundation education staff member, and sign up to receive updates.

Keynote speakers at the conference will share ways librarians can create dialogues and safe spaces to talk about race, power, privilege and culture.
