The Visual History Archive is now at Harvard University
USC Shoah Foundation recently launched the Visual History Archive at Harvard University, establishing a powerful bridge from coast to coast, including a vibrant and timely panel discussion examining hate and disinformation in public discourse and concrete pathways to address the problems we face.
Opening remarks were made by Founder Steven Spielberg, USC President Carol Folt, and Harvard University President Larry Bacow, who referenced his mother’s VHA testimony. Special thanks to Executive Committee member Ceci Chan for helping to guide and support our relationship with Harvard.
The event was covered in the Jewish Journal: “Harvard Event Highlights Power of Stories to Combat Hate.”
